1. National Marketing Manager Exp- 6+ years

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Developing Collaterals for Brand Promotions.
  • Developing Sales Promotions Collaterals.
  • Tracking competitions‘ marketing initiatives.
  • Budget planning for Marketing activities.
  • Media Planning.
  • Identification of relevant interactive forums and Sponsorship opportunities.
  • Co-ordination with multiple agencies for Marketing and promotional activities.

Candidate's skill:

  • Graduate with extensive exposure and insight of pharma industry.
  • Ability to perform independently
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills

2. National Sales Manager- Experience Exp- 8+ years

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Overall program management & single point of ownership.
  • Managing relationships with NABL., Diabetics Association, Cardiologists As-sociation, etc.
  • Managing relationship with the Large Hospital Chains (private).
  • Team management & motivation
  • Sales target monitoring & achievement
  • Devising Marketing & Promotional strategy.
  • Data analysis & program inputs
  • Monthly review of the program of the Management Team

Candidate's skill:

  • Graduate with extensive exposure and insight of pharma industry.
  • Ability to perform independently
  • Good command of both oral and written communication skills

3. Area Business Managers Exp- 5+ years

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Sales Target in the defined territory
  • Ownership of Master Stockist, major stand alone Path Labs.
  • Managing relationship with Beach head Physicians/ Diabatols /Cardiologist.
  • Identification & activation of New Chemist outlets & Stockists in the territory
  • Reporting in to National Program Manager for day to day transaction
  • Adherence to reporting mechanism & reporting timelines

Candidate's skill:

  • Graduate with extensive exposure and insight of pharma industry.
  • Ability to perform independently
  • Good command of both oral and written communication skills
